Our maintenance plans perform service on equipment to ensure they are working effectively to maximum performance and prolong its life.
Klima Mechanical has office and warehouse located in Miami Dade. But it is important to note that our service
technicians are not dispatched physically from these locations. Our technicians are dispatched from their homes,
located throughout Miami Dade. Each night our technicians receive information and parts for their next day's service
calls. These are dropped into his van so he's ready for action the next day. So that's how they do it!

number listed on your contract. Every effort will be made to respond to all e-mails in a timely manner Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays).
